Our exercise programmes are designed to help the elderly in care achieve a healthier, happier, more fulfilled and active life through physical exercise.
Music is generally played while the session is taking place and the exercises are always done sitting down. The programme is carefully graded to allow as much involvement as possible from everyone in the group.
The exercises cover gross and fine motor movement and coordination and are whole-body orientated. The session leader will endeavour to motivate, encourage and stimulate each individual client to reach their best potential.
The most important aspect of the session is to make it as fun as possible.
