About Us

Interact UK was originally founded in 1991 with the help of a grant from the Prince’s Trust. The idea was to improve the quality of the lives of the elderly in care by offering structured enjoyable activities in the comfort of their home environment - activities which otherwise they would not be able to have access to.  These activities ranged from exercises with music, to sing-along with musical instruments, quizzes, reminiscence and art and craft.

Interact UK has grown into a successful business, providing therapeutic activities in many residential and nursing care homes, day centres and community centres.  Initially catering specifically for the elderly, the company has broadened its client base and now offers comprehensive activity programmes for adults and young people with learning difficulties and disabilities who live in residential and assisted living accommodation.
